Field of application: emergency medical services, disaster medicine services, military and extreme medicine services; anesthesiology departments, ICUs and resuscitation departments; maternity hospitals, etc.
Current use: disposable manual resuscitators are made of PVC and used for artificial pulmonary ventilation in conditions of respiratory failure of any etiology:
-for adults КDO-МPV, patient weight - more than 15 kg;
-for children КDO-МP-D, patient weight - from 4 till 15 kg;
-for newborns КDO-МP-N, patient weight -below 4 kg.
Advantages:
-Disposable usage excludes the risk of cross contamination;
-No need for sterilization and repacking;
-Disposable masks with inflatable air cushion provide tight fit to the patient’s face.
